Desktop Support Engineer
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, Windows operating systems, software, and networking issues in a hybrid work environment.
Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated Desktop Support Engineers to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT equipment, and provide technical assistance to users. Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply. The position follows a hybrid work arrangement.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, hardware failures, software errors, and application issues.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic networking problems.
- Install operating systems, device drivers, antivirus software, and business applications.
- Provide onsite and remote technical assistance to users and document support activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma, B.Sc. IT, BCA, or an equivalent qualification in IT or Computer Science.
- Basic to good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
